Thank you for choosing Hruodland Watch. This warranty applies to watches purchased through our official channels including our independent website, AliExpress, Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc. Register as a member on our independent website to enjoy a 2-year free warranty.

Warranty Coverage

Within 2 years from the purchase date, for manufacturing defects under normal use (e.g., movement stoppage, significant timing error, dial marker脱落, loose hands), Hruodland offers one of the following two solutions (your choice):

  • Option A (Return for Repair): Send the watch to our Mainland China designated service center (address provided upon request). You pay the shipping cost to us; we pay return shipping to you.
  • Option B (Self-repair with free parts): We will send you the required parts free of charge (e.g., crystal, crown, movement parts). You may hire a local watchmaker for installation. Parts are free; labor cost is your responsibility.

Valid proof of purchase is required (see Section 4).

What Is NOT Covered

The following are excluded from this warranty:

  • Accidental damage (drops, impacts, crushing)
  • Water/moisture damage (unless stated as a diver’s watch and used within rated depth)
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair by non-official technicians
  • Normal wear and tear (case scratches, strap fading/cracking, plating wear, minor crystal scratches)
  • Consumables (batteries, leather/nylon straps, spring bars, buckle screws)
  • Damage from fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, or other force majeure
  • Magnetization causing timing errors (can be demagnetized locally at your cost)
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers (e.g., second-hand platforms, unverified third parties)

Note: Quartz watch batteries are consumables and not covered under warranty. Contact us to purchase replacements.

How to Claim Warranty?

Contact us via any official channel below with your order number and a description/photo/video of the issue:

Required Proof of Purchase

Please prepare the following:

  • Order number (from AliExpress, Amazon, TikTok Shop, our website, etc.)
  • Purchase date screenshot (order detail page)
  • Clear photo or short video of the defect (if possible)

Warranty Period Details

  • The 2-year warranty starts from the date you receive the watch (carrier delivery confirmation).
  • Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period.
  • Replaced parts become property of Hruodland.

Geographic Coverage

This warranty applies worldwide. The repair center is located in Mainland China. International customers are responsible for shipping costs to our center. We cover return shipping. Use a trackable shipping method.

Legal Notice

Hruodland reserves the right to interpret this warranty policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty, replacing all other express or implied warranties (including merchantability).
